Privacy notice
Who we are. Mana Town Center, Centennial Road corner Daang Hari Link, Brgy. Tabon 1, Kawit, Cavite 4104. We are the personal information controller for the information collected through this website and its dashboard, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission.
What we collect and why. When you send an inquiry (an event booking, a space to lease, or a message), we collect your name, mobile number, email if you give it, and what you wrote, so we can reply and, if you book, hold your date or space. When you leave a review, we collect your name and your words, and publish them only after you consent and we approve them. The site sets one cookie for staff sign-in and none for advertising.
Lawful basis. Answering your inquiry and carrying out a booking or lease (contract). Publishing a review (consent). Keeping records the law requires (legal obligation). Any marketing message needs your separate opt-in, and every such message carries a way to stop them.
Who handles it. Our staff, and the providers that run the website for us: Vercel (hosting, Sydney), Supabase (database and photos, Sydney), Resend (email), and PayMongo (payments; card details never reach our site). Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it. Inquiries for two years after the event or the last reply; booking and payment records for as long as tax law requires; reviews until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights. You may ask what we hold about you, correct it, object to marketing, ask us to delete it, or complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). Write to the Data Protection Officer, ManaTownCenter@gmail.com, or visit the mall office. We answer within 15 working days.
If something goes wrong. If personal data is ever exposed, we notify the National Privacy Commission and the people affected within 72 hours of learning of it.
