Privacy notice
How we handle your details
Last updated September 16, 2026. Centennial Events Hall follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. This page says plainly what this website collects, why, how long it is kept, and how to ask about it.
What we collect, and why
- Booking and ocular visit inquiries. Your name, mobile number, email (optional), event type, event date, guest count, preferred reply channel, and your message. We use them to answer you, hold your date, and prepare your booking. Nothing else.
- Reviews. Your name, the event, your words, and, if you tick the consent box, a photo from our gallery shown beside your review. Reviews stay hidden until our staff approve them.
- Spam protection. Your connection address (IP address) and the time you started a form are checked so that bots and floods cannot fill our inbox. The address is kept only for a few minutes, in a counter, and is never joined to your inquiry.
- Site measurement. Vercel Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. No advertising pixel is active at the moment.
- Staff sign-in. Only venue staff use the dashboard, which sets one session cookie for them. Visitors get no sign-in cookie.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries stay in our booking list until the event is over and our staff archive or delete them, so we can honour your booking and answer follow-up questions.
- Approved reviews stay on the site until you ask us to take one down, or until staff remove it.
- Spam counters expire within minutes. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security.
Who sees it
Our staff, through a password-protected dashboard, and the services that run this website on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and photo storage), and, when switched on, Resend (email alerts) and Semaphore (SMS alerts) so staff hear about your inquiry quickly. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.
Your rights
You may ask to see the details we hold about you, have them corrected, have them deleted, or object to how they are used. Message us and we will act within a reasonable time. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.
